We're going to be great partners. But first, let's get on the same page.

🔧Maintenance will happen. Furnaces break, pipes leak, appliances quit. We get competitive bids and handle it fast, but budget for it.
🚪Turnover has costs. Make-ready expenses (painting, cleaning, repairs) can't always be charged to the departing tenant. Normal cost of doing business.
💸Vacancies happen. Even in hot markets. We minimize vacancy time, but zero vacancy isn't a guarantee.
⚖️Legal compliance costs money. Minnesota law requires specific procedures. We keep you compliant, even when shortcuts are tempting.
📉Not every month is profitable. Some months, expenses exceed income. That's normal for investment property.
🛡️We mitigate risk, but we can't eliminate it. The Dreamteam crew is relentless about protecting your investment, but real estate carries inherent risk. We'll always be transparent.
Bottom line: We treat your property like our own. Eyes wide open is how the best partnerships start.
